Well allegedly it's happening today, Bicycle ShitStore will today sign up as the new sponsors of Blackburn Cancelling Club. No doubt the new deal will comprise the usual under the table *Gift* for Rowena. A new Bianchi Track Bike & Road Bike is prolly coming his way, not too soon though we don't want to attract any undue attention like we did with the FREEBIE Inexa Track frame Rowena scored last time.

I never said I believed it. I don't know of any superstore kickback, but it wouldn't surprise me. They apparently have sponsorship $$ to use so why not?
I know why not but what I mean is, what's stopping them? Nothing? I can't see anything. Is it better for someone to do absolutely nothing for the club or for someone to do something really good for the club (and get a kick back)?
Do nothing. Getting personal gain is total BS. Give the job to someone else. Why be in a club if it's only for selfish personal reasons?
eg. If someone brings in $10,000 sponsorship for the club and they get $100 bonus for doing so, is that really that bad? That $100 isn't coming out of the clubs pocket - so why does it matter?
OK. Where do I start with that one? The individual is performing a role for a larger group of people (in this case, a club). The sponsor is going to sponsor the club, not the individal. As the indivdual is a representative for a group, any "kick back", which should not exist in the first place, needs to go to the club as a whole. If reward for gaining a good sponsorship deal is to be given, it should come from the club itself. I wrote the entire rules and regs for a club once so don't get me started on this shit. I am also in Local Gov and people loose their jobs over shit like that. Ever heard of insider trading?? Or how about the Olympic committee that "decides" where the next Olympics are held.
And on top of that, others within the club are not in same position to potientially recieve "kick backs", therefore Rowan has demonstrated clearly for everyone an abuse of privilage process.
